Refund Policy

Nereus Technology LLC strives to ensure satisfaction with all of our products and services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platforms.

2. Digital Products and Courses

For digital products and online courses purchased through our platforms, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription Services

Subscription-based services may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided unless required by law.

4. Consulting Services

Custom consulting and development work is billed according to the terms of the individual service agreement. Refund terms for consulting engagements are specified in the applicable contract.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and email address associated with the purchase
  • The product or service purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Promotional or discounted purchases may have modified refund terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
